New Store Feature: “My Account” Settings

PhotoBiz has created the perfect opportunity for your customers to have a much more interactive experience with your Store Site. This also creates the potential for you to build a better relationship with your customers. With the new updates to the My Account section, your customers will be able to edit their billing and shipping information, edit or change their account password, as well as view their past order history and invoice history.  All of these changes allow simple, easy retrieval of their order information, and an overall richer shopping experience. No more back-tracking email for orders or invoices because now all of your customer’s information is in one place.

Now when a new customer signs in to create a new account within your PhotoBiz Store, they are automatically prompted to “Activate” their account. When they click the “Activate” button, for their security an email is generated to the email address supplied when signing-up that will have a link that takes them to their “My Account” page for the first time.

As you can see there are now four tabs that your customer will see once they log into their account. The Info tab is populated on sign-up but can be edited and updated at any time. The Password tab is where your customer can change their password if they need to. Finally, the Orders and Invoices tab will display both past and pending items. After an account is activated this page will be the landing page when your customer logs into their account.

We at PhotoBiz are thrilled to add value to your Store Site by adding a feature that your customers can use to enhance their shopping experience. The new “My Account” page feature will be automatically added to all Store Sites and no set up is needed.
