I am struggling to book weddings. I only booked two last year. I am fairly new to the wedding photography industry but I've been able to get a lot of experience under my belt by second shooting. I feel like I am a talented and knowledgable photographer but I just don't know how else to get my name out there and hook some brides!
Would anyone be willing to check out my site and see if there's anything I need to change? I'm losing confidence in my work, but I'm hoping it's just a pricing or asethic issue.
I want to transition into doing 95% weddings so I'm wondering if I should change my site to reflect that.
Any tips or advice? How does my pricing look? My galleries?

Hey Clarissa! I really love this community, but it bums you out when you come back after a week or so and find that no one has anything to say! I have a couple of posts like that as well
Oh well!
Anyway, I have followed you on here since I first signed up - I'm a fan of your work, and from your posts, I have felt a lot of the same things as you!
I looked at your wedding pages and there are a lot of things I really like. I just love that shot of the couple in front of that old car.
I have chosen not to go the wedding route - after 6 years of shooting with a very successful wedding photographer in Orlando - I have found it's just not for me. But what I know about the industry, your pricing could be one if the issues. I always hear that when your prices are raised, you get more serious brides that are not just looking for the cheapest prices. Maybe that's one of the reasons you are not getting a lot of inquires? Also, are you a member of the big wedding memberships - WPPI ect? I know some educated brides will look for this during their search. Also The Knot is a big one -- i know my good friend here in Columbus has really good luck advertising there.
Don't give up! I've seen your posts about losing faith in your business -- and it's hard not to with all of these "professionals" popping up every where. But just focus on yourself, and hopefully you can start to get those bookings you're looking for!
